for THE LINDSEY BUILDING, 228 Notre Dame for the

Outstanding Achievement
The heritage Kitchener Committee of the City of
Kitchener presents this award to Empire Restoration Inc.
In recognition of their commitment to the conservation
of Kitchener’s cultural heritage resources.
The subject of this award is the high level of
commitment, ingenuity and workmanship demonstrated in
the dramatic restoration, adaptive re-use and design of
the former Waterloo County Gaol, Governors House and
Millennium Garden located at
73-77 Queen Street North Kitchener, Ontario.
